Sugary Dozen originated with Frank and Blanche Reed's family tradition of celebrating birthdays and special events for their twelve children with homemade desserts. Growing up in New Orleans, birthday parties were a must in their home! Blanche "Maw Maw" let everyone know how special they were by baking their signature dessert with the perfect balance of all-natural ingredients and artistry.
The youngest of the twelve, Pastry Chef Tracie, keeps the legacy alive by offering gourmet desserts representing each of her siblings. The sweet treats are prepared from inspired recipes and are filled with plenty of love, just like her mother did!
Today, the Sugary Dozen team takes pride in sharing the spirit of celebration for graduations, birthdays, showers, weddings, festivals, and more. The team can create custom cakes, cater events, or roll up in the “Suga Momma” food truck to serve "Desserts Made with Love"!
